“Nearly three months have passed since the Uk and the rest of the world entered Lockdown.
Despite the fact that the situation is getting easier and slowly we have the feeling of getting back to our lives, I can' t deny how greatly this state of self-isolation affected me. As a person with an outgoing and active social life and as an artist the Quarantine has drastically limited my way to express myself. 
After a first phase, I started seeing this isolation as a journey, parallel to the reality, a break from my daily routine and habits.
Somehow it forced/encouraged me to find alternative means of expressing my work.
What better time to dedicate to myself and to my inner, deepest visions.
I started then for the first time, a personal project entitled "The intimate diary of an isolated visionary", a cycle of self portraits (basically selfies) published online.
This collaboration with Damien seems like the perfect "ending" to that journey. I admire his work , and i was flattered to be part of it.” - Francesco Collucci
