“The world stopped. Literally. I never thought I would live something like this. It didn’t feel such a great time to be a freelancer and part-time drag queen. Depression hit me. Anxiety hit me. Debts. And all because of this tiny little thing.
A virus by itself is not quite a threat; its their ability to replicate in large numbers what makes a difference. I believe the same happens for ideas. Which are truly contagious, they stick in your mind craving to come out and be the source of inspiration for others. And like Kusama once said: ‘My art was made to change people’s minds. I hope that it can make the world more peaceful.’
Creating “art” might not be a cure, but it pretty damn feels like one.” -Yayoi .
